The platform works best when viewed from a desktop or laptop with current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Safari.

See our list of supported browsers for the most up-to-date information.

Q2. Will we do all our classes online, or will we still meet?

All of the lesson material will be available online for you to read through, watch, and comprehend prior to in-class discussion. Processing and applying this knowledge will require meeting with your Academic Mentor, as well as schedule mentorship consultation sessions with them as part of the course.

Q3. I'm having problems logging into and accessing my account.

Make sure you are using a fast, wired or wifi internet connection for best results. (Slower mobile data will affect ability to download and view content such as hi-resolution video and other materials.)

Click on buttons and links only once, and give the webpage some time to load fully. Multiple login attempts may result in temporary lock-out. If this happens, try again after a few minutes.

If the problem persists, inform your Academic Mentor so that the issue can be investigated.

Q4. Do I need to have a business idea before I enrol for this course?

Learners are required to have a few problem statements in mind that they can bring into the course, and then build their idea based on the validations received.

Q5. What time will the classes be held every week?

Learners will have to come to a physical classroom only 4 (four) times during the entire duration of the program. This would be in Week 1, 7, 11 and 15. Please check with your Academic Mentor for the exact venue and time details for these classroom sessions. For all the other weeks, learners will have to access the online material, and complete the tasks as listed there. Then, once the tasks have been completed, participants will have to contact their assigned Academic Mentors to schedule a consultation meeting.
