This course, Building an Entrepreneurial Mindset, will allow young learners to get a glimpse of entrepreneurship through entrepreneurial activities and outcomes. Participants will be encouraged to seek problems and convert them into new opportunities as they learn about innovation and new value creation. The course will enable young people to develop creativity, critical thinking, curiosity and the capacity to innovate as well as apply their knowledge to the real-world situations.
Entrepreneurship is the ability to turn ideas into action; it includes courage, creativity, prioritising, risk-taking, as well as the ability to plan in order to achieve objectives. Entrepreneurship needs to be a mindset, cultivated and nurtured from an early age. Regardless of whether you want to start your own business or take ownership of your own career, in today’s world, an entrepreneurial mindset is a necessity.
